I brought one like this a while ago from my local pet shop, and I have to say its fantastic, no more bags falling out of my pockets. And its an easy way to ensure you have bags for both cleaning up after your dog, and litter.
I just clip it onto my dogs lead whenever I go out, and its quick and easy to remove a bag when needed.
