I've got to say a huge thankyou to Kathy for the exceptional customer service I recently received. I'd ordered a 'signal antenna ball' as a stocking filler for my wife for Christmas, however, on ordering I didn't realise that I hadn't put down my house number, (Doh!!!), not clever during the busiest posting time of the year. After several humorous emails between ourselves, Kathy sent out a second package on the afternoon of 22nd Dec.....it arrived on 23rd Dec!!! Fantastic!!

I must say, I don't think I've experienced such fantastic customer service from any other internet retailer, ever!
After placing an order for some personalised badges, I somewhat dragged my heels when it came to submitting the photograph as I was betwixt two computers. I had some fantastic feedback from Kathy as to how to proceed & I was thrilled to get a lovely package only two days later!
