I've got to say a huge thankyou to Kathy for the exceptional customer service I recently received. I'd ordered a 'signal antenna ball' as a stocking filler for my wife for Christmas, however, on ordering I didn't realise that I hadn't put down my house number, (Doh!!!), not clever during the busiest posting time of the year. After several humorous emails between ourselves, Kathy sent out a second package on the afternoon of 22nd Dec.....it arrived on 23rd Dec!!! Fantastic!!
Thankyou Kathy for going well out of your way to ensure the item arrived before the 'big day'. It was a pleasure to talk to you and I look forward to ordering from you in 2010!!

I must say, I don't think I've experienced such fantastic customer service from any other internet retailer, ever!
After placing an order for some personalised badges, I somewhat dragged my heels when it came to submitting the photograph as I was betwixt two computers. I had some fantastic feedback from Kathy as to how to proceed & I was thrilled to get a lovely package only two days later! The badges are fantastic & I will be ordering more very very soon (as they are so good, my three children have nicked some to wear!) You all work so hard, congratulations! Emma (snowberry2)

The parcel ordered just a couple of days ago arrived this morning. The treasure chests are fabulous, the grand-daughter is going to love them (and probably try to nick one) We were especially pleased with the personalised stamp, that's really good. My daughter and I wanted to set up a geocache in the New Forest, where grandpa and grandma are scattered, and to create a Travel Bug in memory them, as they liked to travel.
I surfed around the net, and found UK Geocachers. Their range of stuff seemed great, so I made an order … but messed it up, and was suddenly worried that if I went further I’d get double what I wanted.
So I left the order hanging, sent them an e-mail (on a Sunday) and went off Geocaching. I got a reply within the hour, and it was all sorted out over the phone, no problem.
Great customer service; I will use them for all my Geocaching requirements in the future.

I ordered a couple of named t-shirts but when they arrived the names were on the wrong shirts. O dear I think this will take an age to put right. But how wrong I was. The E-Mail was responded to almost immediately and the new corrected shirts and an apology arrived within a couple of days. All the time I was being updated with how everything was progressing. Real old fashioned customer service that I thought had died out. Thank You.
