Question Title My order timed out during checkout, can I still place the order?

Failed Checkout

If your order times out whilst you are at the Paypal or Nochex payment gateway and your order failed, do not fear. When you click the 'Confirm Order' button on the checkout confirmation page and are transfered to either Paypal or Nochex your order gets saved on our system just incase you have just a problem.

This means that the products are put to one side for you and taken out of stock. You might see that if you try to checkout again you can't as something that you had in your basket may be out of stock now.

As the stock is reserved for you all you have to do is simply drop us an e-mail or give us a call to arrange for payment. You can either send funds via Paypal or Nochex equal to the value of your order or you can pay over the phone by card.

Our phone number is 01264 357927 and my normal hours of operation are 9am - 3pm Mon-fri and 9am-1pm Saturday. I do check my e-mails in the evenings so just drop me a note through my contact page.

We hold stalled orders on the system for 24hours before releasing the stock again to give you time to get in touch if you still want to go ahead with the purchase.
